Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from E&L APPAREL we are happy to offer all our customers REFUNDS (excluding original postage paid) or EXCHANGES for items returned within 30 days of receipt. We are also happy to send out an exchange of your choice at NO EXTRA COST..

Please note that all products must be returned unused, in its original packaging with the invoice (photocopy is fine). We suggest you use a traceable method of shipping as we cannot be held responsible for any lost items. For returns from outside the UK please mark the goods you are returning  as "Returned Merchandise" as to avoid issues with customs clearance and rejection,

Please note if you find your item to be either faulty or sent in error, we are happy to issue Free return label upon request via email. Please do not send the product back using another method we will not be able to issue any refunds for return postage costs.

To help process your request as quickly and efficiently as possible we include a Returns section on the invoice. Our Returns address and a return authorization number can be sent to you at your request. Returns and refunds are usually processed within 24 to 48 hrs of receipt of goods.
